Articus simplifies tasks such as applying filters, resizing your projects, undoing and redoing changes, and zooming in and out of your canvas.
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to:
Use filters
Undo and redo changes
Zoom in and out of your canvas
& resize your canvas
Use filters
Click on the "Filter" tool located in the top menu.
The left side panel will appear, offering various filter options, including blur, brighten, contrast, emboss, enhance, grayscale, invert, noise, and saturation.
When you click into each filter, you'll notice filter-specific options at the bottom of the canvas. For example, selecting the blur filter will display options to adjust the blur effect. You can apply it to the selection within the canvas or cancel the change.
Undo and redo changes
If you wish to undo a change, select the undo tool in the top menu.
Conversely, if you'd like to reapply a change, use the redo tool.
Zoom in and out of your canvas
Need to zoom in or out of your project content to get a closer look? Click on the "+/-" icon in the top menu.
You can also manually set a zoom level by double-clicking into the zoom percentage field.
Resize your canvas
If you've selected the wrong canvas size or need to change it click on the "Canvas" tool in the top menu.
The left side panel will appear, providing options to adjust the canvas size.
You can specify a custom size by modifying the width and height.
Alternatively, you can select a predefined size, such as YouTube thumbnail or Logo, for instance.
If necessary, you can also choose a background color.
These tools give you precise control over your project's appearance and allow you to make adjustments with ease in Articus.
