Identify recently opened projects and view a list of all projects
After downloading and logging into your Articus account, you'll see the dashboard. At the top, is a list of your "Recently Opened Projects" for quick access.
Just below that, you'll find the "All projects" table, which contains a list of all of your projects.
Within the "All projects" table, you'll find essential project details. This includes the project’s title, the created on date, the last modified on date, and the file size.
On the right side, there's the project ellipsis menu. Clicking into this menu presents five options: preview, rename, make a copy, download, and delete the project. You can also click into a project’s title for quick access.
Manage your user account
To manage your account, click on your user profile icon at the top right corner of the dashboard. Here you can review your plan information, profile preferences, password and log out.
You will see the name and email address associated with your account, your plan level and can monitor how many images and words you've used compared to your plan's allocation.
Below the plan details, you'll see the "Profile" tab.
Here you can update your icon or avatar, change your name, change your email and can change your password.
Be sure to click on "Save" when you’re done.
When we go back to the profile icon you’ll see the dedicated "Password" tab. Click into this tab to change your password.
You’ll need to enter your old password, your new password and confirm the new password.
Be sure to click on "Update Password."
When you're done for the day go back to your profile icon and click on "Log out."
